Taking Care of Self
- To maintain a healthy balance, all dimensions of our lives (eg work, physical activity, relationships etc) need attention.
- If we invest too much time and energy in one or two of these dimensions, the others will suffer, resulting in a decrease of our overall well-being.
- All dimensions relate to and affect each other. For example, what happens at work or school often affects what happens at home. This section will explore a range of strategies that support balance and wellbeing across the main dimensions of life.
